Terms of supply
The working terms for samples, quotes, and vanilla extract supply from Sugar Délice to food businesses.
These terms
These terms apply when you use this website, request a sample, or ask us for a quote or ongoing supply. A signed purchase order, proforma invoice, or supply agreement sits on top of this page if the two differ.
By submitting a form or placing an order you confirm you are buying for a business, not as a consumer, and that you can bind that business.
Products
We supply Madagascar Bourbon vanilla extract, and paste where specified, for professional kitchens and production. Fold, vanillin, solvent, and other lot notes are provided so you can buy against a spec.
Photographs and copy on this site are illustrative. The binding description is the spec on the quote, lot sheet, or label for the lot you receive.
Samples and quotes
Sample bottles and trial packs are for evaluation in your recipes. They are not a commitment to a price or volume. We may limit sample quantities.
Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote, or 14 days if none is stated. Prices exclude VAT unless we say otherwise. UAE VAT is added where it applies.
Orders and payment
An order is accepted when we confirm it in writing or issue an invoice. We may ask for payment in advance, especially on a first order.
You are responsible for giving a complete delivery address in the UAE, a receiving contact, and any site access notes. Delay caused by incomplete details is on the buyer.
Delivery and risk
Delivery windows are estimates. Risk in the goods passes on delivery to the address you gave, unless the quote states another Incoterm. Inspect the lot on arrival and tell us about damage or shortage within two working days.
Use of the extract
You are responsible for how the extract is used in your recipes, labelling, and any claims you make about the finished food. We do not guarantee a result in a particular ice cream, pastry, chocolate, or beverage formula.
Keep lots traceable in your production records. Share the lot code with us if you have a quality question.
Liability
To the extent allowed by UAE law, Sugar Délice is not liable for lost profit, lost production, or other indirect loss. Our total liability for a lot is limited to the price paid for that lot, except where the law does not allow a limit (including fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence).
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai have non-exclusive jurisdiction. Nothing here limits either party’s right to seek urgent relief elsewhere.
