Who we are

Sugar Délice supplies Madagascar Bourbon vanilla extract to bakeries, cafés, restaurants, hotels, manufacturers, and other food businesses in the United Arab Emirates. This policy covers the website sugardelice.vercel.app and the enquiry, sample, and newsletter forms on it.

For privacy questions, write to trade@sugardelice.com. We will treat that message as a data-protection request and reply as soon as we reasonably can.

Information we collect

We collect only what we need to answer a request, send a sample, discuss supply, or keep the site working.

• Business contact details you submit: company or business name, your name, work email, phone or WhatsApp, country, and emirate or city.
• Order context: sample size, volume interest, business type, what you plan to make, and any notes you add to a form.
• Newsletter email, if you subscribe from the footer.
• Technical data from the browser: IP address, device type, pages viewed, and referral source, used to keep the site secure and understand which pages are useful.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to sample and supply enquiries, prepare quotes, arrange delivery in the UAE, send lot or spec notes you asked for, and improve the site. We do not sell contact lists.

Where UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 (Personal Data Protection Law) applies, we rely on your request for a product or service, our legitimate interest in running a B2B supply business, and any consent you give for optional messages such as the newsletter.

Who we share it with

We share details only with people who need them to fulfil your request: logistics partners for UAE delivery, payment providers if you place an order, and IT hosts that run this website (including Vercel). Those parties may only use the data to provide their service to us.

We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the company, our customers, or the public.

How long we keep it

Enquiry and sample records are kept for as long as we are discussing supply with you, and then for a limited period for accounting, product-traceability, and complaint handling. Newsletter addresses stay until you unsubscribe. Server logs are rotated on a short cycle.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal data we hold, or to stop optional emails. Send the request from the work address you used on the form so we can match the record. You may also have rights under UAE PDPL, including objecting to certain processing.

This site is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

International transfers

Vanilla origin work and some hosting or email tools may sit outside the UAE. When we transfer personal data, we take steps that are reasonable for a trade business of this size so the information stays protected.
